Established in 2019, Rafeeq bridges the gap between consumers and over 6,000 local merchants, offering an unparalleled ecosystem of restaurant food delivery, groceries, pharmacy items, hotels, and essential lifestyle services. We are currently looking for an experienced HRBP to manage the whole pipeline of people-related processes, including workforce planning, learning and development, and hiring. Responsibilities — Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business needs into people priorities — Drive org design, workforce planning, and scaling strategies in a high-growth environment — Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning — Improve engagement and retention across both corporate and frontline workforce (e.g., riders, support teams) — Use data and insights to influence decisions and optimize people outcomes — Navigate complex employee relations topics and ensure alignment with local labor regulations — Build and implement scalable HR processes and frameworks Requirements — 5–8+ years of experience in HRBP / Talent roles in fast-paced industries — Strong preference for experience in Food Delivery, logistics, marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations — Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in high-growth environments — Experience supporting large, distributed, and operational teams — Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action — Strong business acumen and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels — Fluent in English Apply: @markmarchenko 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
