Rover is looking for an experienced
Head of HR – International
to lead the People strategy for its business outside the U.S. Based in Barcelona, you’ll partner with senior leaders across Europe and other international markets to build a high-performing organization, scale the HR function, and shape the company’s next phase of global growth.
What you’ll be doing:
— Lead the People strategy for Rover’s international business outside the U.S.
— Build and scale the International People function, including leading the regional HRBP team
— Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
— Act as the senior HR advisor on leadership effectiveness, organizational development, and employee experience
— Guide organizational transformation and international expansion initiatives
— Provide expert advice on employee relations, HR compliance, GDPR, and EU labor law
— Drive AI adoption and technology-enabled HR practices across the business
— Champion modern, data-informed HR strategies that improve organizational effectiveness
What they’re looking for:
— 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner leadership
— Experience leading HR teams in high-growth, scaling, or transforming organizations
— Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching
— Experience building AI fluency and leveraging emerging technologies within HR
— Strong knowledge of Spanish and UK employment law and employee relations
— Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate business strategy into People initiatives
— Experience scaling HR organizations within technology companies is highly preferred

€96,623–123,677

15% annual bonus
