Talent Acquisition Partner Accel Club 📍 Remote or hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia About the role Accel Club is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support global hiring across e-commerce, marketing, product, supply chain, technology, and corporate functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and help attract top talent across multiple international markets. Responsibilities — Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. — Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and advise on hiring strategies. — Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels while continuously improving sourcing effectiveness. — Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and maintain structured evaluation scorecards. — Coordinate interview processes, negotiate offers, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. — Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate on onboarding new hires. — Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data, and identify process improvements. Requirements — 5+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition. — Proven success hiring non-technical professionals across multiple countries. — Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices. — Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and reporting. — Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills. — Fluent English.
