Recruitment Partner hirehire 📍 Remote (CET ± a few hours) About the role hirehire is looking for a Recruitment Partner to own end-to-end hiring for fast-growing tech companies. You’ll partner with clients, candidates, and expert interviewers, managing the entire recruitment process while leveraging AI-powered sourcing and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities — Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer stage. — Build trusted relationships with clients, candidates, and expert interviewers. — Source top-tier talent through internal networks, targeted search, and AI-powered recruiting tools. — Write compelling job descriptions, briefs, and outreach messages. — Track recruitment performance using data and continuously improve hiring processes. — Contribute to developing AI tools and best practices used across the recruitment team. Requirements — 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within fast-paced tech environments. — Strong hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day recruiting workflows. — Experience working with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR technology. — Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. — Empathy and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates. — Experience hiring Product Designers is a strong plus.
