About the role Danone is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Baltic Talent team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of functions, partner closely with hiring managers, and help attract, assess, and hire top talent while driving an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities — Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the Baltics, from role briefing to offer and onboarding. — Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions. — Source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels. — Drive an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process. — Maintain recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and support data-driven decisions. — Lead the Baltics internship programme and contribute to talent acquisition process improvements. Requirements — Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. — Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. — Confident interviewing and candidate assessment experience. — Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics. — Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. — Fluent in Latvian and English.
