Product Owner Удалённо (Мир) What you will do — Act as the bridge between business and development, translating high-level goals into detailed product backlogs and user stories. — Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope. — Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity, priority, and alignment with strategic objectives. — Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams to ensure continuous delivery and improvement. — Gather and evaluate user feedback, stakeholder input, and data insights to inform and refine product requirements. — Ensure all deliverables align with compliance and security standards, especially in regulated domains like Fintech and Insurtech. — Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, focus, and alignment throughout the development cycle. German language skills are a plus. Bonus points — Experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain — Familiarity with compliance standards and data security requirements. — Hands-on experience with tools like YouTrack, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or other Agile product management tools.
