Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist SoftConstruct 📍 Yerevan, Armenia About the role SoftConstruct is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT, iGaming, and Web3 teams. The role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and process optimization in a fast-paced international environment. Responsibilities — Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. — Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across IT, iGaming, and Web3. — Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. — Partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies and advise on hiring best practices. — Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness. — Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events. — Continuously improve recruitment processes and maintain ATS data and compliance with employment policies. Requirements — 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within IT, iGaming, Web3, or other fast-growing tech environments. — Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing/headhunting expertise. — Experience with global recruitment and international talent sourcing. — Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment marketing, and HR analytics tools. — Strong stakeholder management, interviewing, and behavioral assessment skills. — Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a high-growth environment. — Understanding of employer branding, market trends, and competitive hiring landscapes.
