Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Grandiose 📍 Dubai, United Arab Emirates 🏢 About the role Grandiose is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support its rapidly growing Retail Supermarket and eCommerce business. The role focuses on performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, and HR governance in a fast-paced operations environment. Responsibilities — Partner with business leaders to drive organizational performance and workforce effectiveness. — Build a high-performance culture through KPIs, performance reviews, coaching, PIPs, and corrective actions. — Lead workforce planning and staffing strategies to support business growth and expansion. — Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and advise managers on people-related decisions. — Support organizational design, team structures, and capability development. — Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, HR policies, onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation. — Drive engagement initiatives focused on productivity, retention, and business outcomes. Requirements — 5–8 years of HRBP experience, ideally within retail, eCommerce, supermarkets, or other operations-driven businesses. — Experience supporting large workforces, including outsourced employees. — Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices. — Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. — Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills. — Experience in workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
