People & Culture Business Partner getolo 📍 Berlin, Germany About the role getolo is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to work closely with leaders across the business, helping them navigate employee relations, organizational challenges, and leadership development while fostering a high-performing and people-first culture. The role requires partnering with managers in both German and English and balancing business objectives with employee experience. Responsibilities — Partner with leaders on day-to-day People topics and employee relations. — Support managers in performance conversations, conflict resolution, and difficult people discussions. — Facilitate mediations and resolve complex interpersonal situations. — Advise leaders on People decisions while balancing business and employee needs. — Identify leadership capability gaps and coordinate training and development initiatives. — Support organizational changes, team effectiveness, and leadership development. — Ensure consistent application of People policies and processes. — Drive employee engagement initiatives and translate feedback into actionable improvements. — Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to deliver an outstanding employee experience. — Continuously improve HR processes and ways of working. Requirements — 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role. — Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. — Experience handling sensitive employee relations, mediation, and conflict resolution. — Fluent German and English. — Business-oriented mindset combined with genuine care for people. — Structured, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. — Ability to influence leaders through trust and credibility.
