HR Manager (HR Generalist) Easybrain 📍 Limassol, Cyprus About the role Easybrain is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its Cyprus office. This role combines recruitment, HR operations, employee support, and business partnering, offering the opportunity to own a broad HR scope while working in an international gaming company. Responsibilities — Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviews. — Coordinate onboarding, adaptation, and performance management processes. — Develop and improve HR policies and procedures. — Advise managers on HR and people-related matters. — Manage relocation and immigration processes for new employees. — Support employees and resolve HR-related issues. — Organize corporate and team events. — Prepare HR reports and ad hoc analyses. — Oversee health and safety policies. Requirements — 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an international IT or gaming company. — Experience across the full HR cycle. — Strong communication and interpersonal skills. — Russian language is required. — Good command of English. — Greek is a plus. — Knowledge of Cyprus labor and immigration legislation. — Strong computer skills.
