Senior People Operations Manager Taptap Send 📍 Dubai / London / New York About the role Taptap Send is looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to join its global People team in a high-impact individual contributor role. The focus is on scaling international People Operations, employee relations, multi-country employment, compliance, and process automation. Responsibilities — Own employee relations, including sensitive cases, performance processes, and investigations. — Lead employment setup in new countries, including entities, payroll, contracts, benefits, and local compliance. — Manage and automate core People Ops processes across multiple markets. — Own multi-country employment compliance and work with local labour legislation. — Lead People Operations projects from strategy through implementation. — Streamline and automate manual workflows. — Maintain people data and reporting across headcount, attrition, and compliance. Requirements — 8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a comparable operational role. — Experience in fast-growing, international or multi-country environments. — Strong hands-on employee relations and performance management expertise. — Experience setting up or managing employment across multiple jurisdictions. — Knowledge of payroll, contracts, benefits, and compliance. — Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently. — Comfortable working with data, systems, automation, and AI tools. — Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
