Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (High Volume) Tribe.xyz 📍 Venlo, Netherlands 📄 Contract: 6-month B2B contract, with strong possibility of extension / transition to permanent 🗣 Language: Dutch C1+ required 🚀 Start: Within 1–2 weeks About the role Tribe.xyz is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of its clients in Venlo. The role combines hands-on high-volume recruitment with building and improving local hiring processes. Responsibilities — Own end-to-end high-volume recruitment for hourly workers. — Source talent across the Netherlands and areas close to the German border. — Design and implement structured, scalable recruitment processes. — Partner with local site leaders and advise them on hiring best practices. — Map the local talent market and provide insights on candidate availability and competitive compensation. — Bring more structure and strategy to the existing recruitment setup. Requirements — Mid-to-senior level Talent Acquisition experience. — Strong background in high-volume and blue-collar recruitment. — Native or professional fluency in Dutch, minimum C1. — Good knowledge of the Dutch hiring market, particularly hourly workforce recruitment. — Based in the Netherlands or nearby in Germany. — Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills. — Comfortable working in fast-paced and relatively unstructured environments.
