Responsibilities Communicate with clients via phone, messengers, email, and CRM (all in English) Provide expert selection of furniture, lighting, decor, and accessories, offering complete solutions Prepare invoices and commercial offers Focus on upselling and increasing the average check with additional items and upgrades Manage deals and payments in CRM (Bitrix24) Collaborate with our design team on custom projects Requirements Excellent English (spoken and written) at C1–C2 level, Russian is a preference Experience in sales of furniture, interior solutions, or home products (lighting, decor, textiles, kitchen accessories, home appliances) — from 6 months is a plus Ability to sell your own expertise and build trusting relationships so that clients follow your recommendations Experience working with CRM (6+ months, Bitrix24 is a plus) Skills in upselling, consultative sales, and handling objections Attentiveness, openness, and a genuine desire to help people create a cozy home Conditions Fully remote work — from anywhere in the world Full-time job, shift schedule 2/2, 12-hour shifts Monthly payments: base salary 700$ + % from sales (progressive bonus — the higher the performance, the higher the percentage), the average monthly salary is 1000$ Inbound flow of clients — requests come on their own Training within the company: product, CRM, sales techniques Присылайте ваши резюме @HRAnnaAnna с указанием названия вакансии
