Junior HR Specialist / HR Manager Brazilmama & Brazilhome 📍 Remote About the Role Brazilmama and Brazilhome are looking for a junior HR specialist to join the team remotely. This will be the first HR role within the project: the team is growing rapidly and transitioning from a small group of people into a more structured organization. You will help build core HR processes, support recruitment and onboarding, and have the opportunity to grow professionally alongside an international startup. Responsibilities — Manage recruitment activities; there are currently 4 open roles. — Organize the onboarding process and help new team members integrate smoothly. — Support the setup, documentation, and improvement of core HR processes. — Help maintain internal communications and a positive working environment. — Gradually take on additional HR responsibilities as the company grows. Requirements — Understanding of basic HR processes and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR. — Strong empathy, attention to people, and good communication skills. — Self-organization, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. — Readiness to work in a dynamic startup environment. — Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, but is not required.
