🚀 Middle+ / Senior AI Product Analyst в MEDvidi, команда Clinical Guidance MEDvidi — американская AI-powered mental healthcare платформа, помогающая пациентам в 30+ штатах получать лечение при СДВГ, тревоге, депрессии и других состояниях. Команда Clinical Guidance строит умные продукты и AI-инструменты для healthcare providers: улучшают клинические процессы, сокращают админ-нагрузку и помогают врачам принимать лучшие решения. Задачи: - Product analytics for clinician-facing products and workflows; - Building and validating product hypotheses using data; - Analyzing how healthcare providers interact with product and AI-powered features; - Identifying friction points and opportunities to improve clinical workflows; - Defining metrics and analytical frameworks for new product initiatives; - Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of AI / LLM-powered features; - Investigating user behavior, product performance, and unexpected patterns; - Translating analytical findings into concrete product recommendations; - Working closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams. Требования: - 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Analyst; - Strong product thinking and ability to connect data with user and business problems; - Hands-on experience formulating and validating product hypotheses; - Strong SQL skills, including JOINs, CTEs, and window functions; - Python for analytical investigations and data exploration; - Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar; - Practical experience working with AI / ML / LLM-powered products or features; - Ability to independently investigate ambiguous product problems and turn findings into decisions; - Fluent Russian and English B2+; - CET-overlapping working hours. Будет плюсом: - Experience analyzing LLM-based products, AI assistants, recommendations, RAG, prompts, or AI agents; - Experience evaluating AI outputs and product quality; - Experience working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments; - Experience with healthcare, clinical, or other complex operational products.
