Ищут Head of Analytics для трансформации сложных данных в бизнес-инсайты и руководства командой аналитиков. Задачи: - Lead & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to drive data-driven strategies and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders; - Data Insights: Analyze large data sets to uncover key trends, growth opportunities, and conduct deep-dive research; - BI & Modeling: Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models; - Data Engineering: Design and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, SQL) and optimize data storage workflows; - Governance: Oversee data governance, ensuring maximum accuracy, consistency, and quality. Требования: - 4+ years in data analytics specifically within the gaming / iGaming sector; - Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), web analytics tools, and ETL processes; - Hands-on experience building predictive models and applying statistical methods; - Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, business-oriented insights; - English B2+ required; - Ukrainian proficiency — will be a great asset for smooth team collaboration.
