We’re looking for a Creative Producer who can turn ideas into impactful creative work and keep production running smoothly from concept to delivery. You’ll be the driving force behind high-quality static and video content, ensuring everything looks sharp, lands on time, and aligns with the creative vision. ▪️ Job responsibilities: ▫️ Manage end-to-end production across static and video content. ▫️ Develop briefs and guide designers, video editors, and other production members, and ensure all deliverables align with the creative standards. ▫️ Oversee quality control for visuals, videos, and copy before delivery. ▫️ Manage production timelines, priorities, and resource allocation. ▫️ Maintain a high volume and consistent quality of creative output. ▫️ Communicate directly with clients to understand goals and provide updates. ▫️ Supervise and support creative teams throughout the production process. ▫️ Hire, onboard, and mentor new production and creative team members. ▫️ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. ▫️ Track budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial efficiency. ▫️ Identify process improvements to optimize creative operations. ▫️ Translate product updates, features, and narratives into compelling content ideas aligned with the brand's marketing goals and target audience ▫️ Act as the product knowledge resource for the creative team, guiding them through the crypto context needed to execute well ▫️ Track content performance, identify what's working, and feed insights back into the content strategy and production decisions ▪️ Requirements ▫️ 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end creative production for clients / brands ▫️ Deep expertise in filming/editing/motion design and ability to develop winning creatives ▫️ Strong track record of creative team leadership and improving creative performance ▫️ Native in crypto and web3 space, with а deep understanding of the market, culture, and crypto marketing, and a strong creative judgement for what cuts through in crypto ▫️ Proven track record of managing marketing/content projects in crypto/web3 space ▫️ Strong communicator with fluent English comfortable managing client relationships ▫️ Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple productions simultaneously ▫️ Proactive and self-driven — brings ideas to the table, flags issues early, takes full ownership ▪️ Benefits ▫️ ​ Flexible Engagement Structure : This opportunity is offered under an independent service-provider agreement, giving you the freedom to shape how you deliver your expertise.
