You will lead a small engineering team consisting of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists. This is a hands-on role requiring deep involvement in architecture, complex technical challenges, and production development. We expect you to actively leverage AI tools to improve engineering quality and development velocity. ▪️ Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, gRPC, REST APIs, Web3 (ethers.js, WalletConnect). ▪️ Responsibilities ▫️ Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs. ▫️ Drive architecture decisions and ensure high engineering standards. ▫️ Write production-ready code and actively use AI tools to accelerate development. ▫️ Solve complex technical challenges and improve system reliability. ▫️ Lead code reviews and maintain code quality across the team. ▫️ Mentor engineers and help increase team productivity. ▫️ Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams. ▫️ Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices. ▪️ Requirements ▫️ 7+ years of software engineering experience. ▫️ Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript. ▫️ Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems. ▫️ Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns. ▫️ Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. ▫️ Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions. ▫️ Strong hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to the code. ▫️ Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development. ▫️ English B2/C1. ▪️ Nice to Have ▫️ Experience with React or Angular. ▫️ Experience with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and GitOps. ▫️ Experience with Web3 or blockchain products. ▫️ Experience integrating LLM APIs and AI capabilities into products ▪️ Benefits ▫️ Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage). ▫️ Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams. ▫️ Fulltime, fully remote (your location must be not in Russia or Belarus) ▫️ Compensation: 5000$ to 7000$ ▫️ Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days +  8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year ▫️ Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards. ▫️ Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
