The company already serves a large and rapidly growing customer base and is building one of the leading fintech platforms in the region. Today, the business is focused on scaling two core products: • Credit Cards — strong portfolio growth, excellent traction, and significant opportunities to expand functionality and customer engagement. • Credit Lines — more than 60,000 issued credit lines today, with a target of 150,000+ in the next year. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take ownership of fintech products, drive growth, improve customer experience, and help scale the portfolio responsibly. What you'll do Own the product strategy and roadmap across lending and card products Drive growth of credit cards, credit lines, and BNPL solutions Improve customer journeys across acquisition, approval, activation, usage, repayment, and retention Work closely with Risk, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership Define and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and portfolio performance Launch and optimize product features that improve activation, utilization, retention, and revenue Analyze funnels, customer behavior, and portfolio metrics to identify growth opportunities Build scalable fintech products while balancing growth, risk, and profitability What we're looking for 5+ years of Product Management experience 3+ years in Fintech, Lending, Consumer Finance, Cards, Payments, or Digital Banking Hands-on experience with at least one of: Credit Cards, Consumer Lending BNPL, Credit Lines, Debit Cards, Digital Financial Products Strong understanding of activation, retention, monetization, and product funnels Experience working with risk, underwriting, credit limits, repayments, or portfolio metrics Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Experience building product roadmaps and driving execution with engineering teams Fluent English or Spanish Nice to have Revolving credit products Mastercard / Visa products Experience in Latin America or emerging markets Risk-based pricing, NPL, delinquency analysis, vintage/cohort analysis Credit bureau integrations and scoring models Experience in neobanks, lending platforms, wallets, or fintech startups Подробнее: 💙 ссылка 💙 💙 💙 @nadzeya_recruiter 💼 Больше вакансий на канале 🫂 Сообщество для продактов
