Responsibilities: • Management and retention of VIP players (active and inactive portfolios). • Building long-term relationships via chats, calls, and messengers. • Development of personalized retention strategies, bonuses, and loyalty offers. • Monitoring player behavior and proactive reaction to changes. • Creation and management of VIP promotions, tournaments, and special events. • Handling payments, limits, escalations, and sensitive cases. • Tracking KPIs and portfolio performance. • For senior profiles: mentoring VIP managers and leading the VIP direction. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Account Manager in iGaming / online casino. • Fluent Italian OR Spanish (one language is mandatory). • English B2+ for internal communication. • Strong understanding of VIP player psychology and retention mechanics. • Confident user of CRM systems and Google Sheets. • High level of responsibility, stress resistance, and proactivity. • Leadership mindset or Team Lead experience is a strong plus.
