We are looking for an HR Specialist with hands-on experience in traffic arbitrage recruitment who will also support IT hiring as a secondary direction. Responsibilities: • Closing vacancies in traffic arbitrage: media buyers, affiliate managers, team leads, traders, senior roles • Recruiting IT specialists (analytics, PMs, Big Data / AI, software engineers) to support arbitrage and product teams • Working with Russian-speaking candidates abroad • Building efficient and scalable hiring processes Requirements: • Proven hands-on experience in traffic arbitrage recruitment is mandatory (media buyers / affiliate roles) • Experience in IT recruitment is a plus, but not a substitute for arbitrage domain expertise • Strong sourcing skills and ability to assess real candidate expertise • Independence, clear prioritization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Important: Candidates with only IT or corporate HR experience and no traffic arbitrage background will not be considered.
