Requirements: - Marketing experience in crypto or blockchain (mandatory). - Strong understanding of Web3 communities, digital assets, and tech ecosystems. - Proven ability to build marketing systems and campaigns from scratch. - Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset, able to work with limited structure. - Fluent English; other European languages a plus; Russian is a strong asset. - Must have the right to work in Luxembourg.
