People Product Specialist Finom 📍 Remote EU About the role Finom is looking for a People Product Specialist to build and improve internal HR products across the entire employee lifecycle. The role combines employee experience, data, automation and a product approach to HR. Responsibilities — Build and improve employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding and performance cycles to internal mobility and offboarding. — Design surveys, collect employee feedback and turn insights into product improvements. — Build HR automations using Google Apps Script and n8n, connecting tools such as Slack, Notion and HR systems. — Use AI tools such as Claude to prototype and launch internal People products. — Own HR workflows, data and system configurations. — Maintain documentation and enable self-service for managers and HR teams. Requirements — Product mindset and strong focus on employee experience. — Ability to interpret data and turn insights into process improvements. — Hands-on experience building working products from scratch. — Experience with AI-assisted development tools. — Practical experience with Google Apps Script and n8n. — Experience designing and running employee surveys and feedback loops. — Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate user needs into practical solutions.
