Senior Global Recruiter Oyster 📍 Fully remote, EMEA / Canada / US East coast 🌍 Time zone: UTC +2 to UTC -5 About the role Oyster is looking for a Senior Global Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions and regions. You’ll work directly with senior leaders and recruit across EMEA, LATAM and North America. Responsibilities — Own end-to-end recruitment across Product, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance and customer-facing teams. — Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, assessment and hiring strategy. — Build talent pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, communities and referrals. — Manage candidate experience from first conversation to signed offer. — Own recruiting operations, pipeline management and reporting in Ashby. — Use AI and automation across sourcing, outreach, interviews, ATS workflows and reporting. Requirements — Significant experience recruiting experienced and senior-level talent in-house. — Background in hypergrowth tech / SaaS and globally distributed companies. — Strong experience hiring for Operations, Finance and Legal & Compliance roles. — Multi-region recruitment experience across EMEA and the Americas. — Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle without sourcing or coordinator support. — Strong senior stakeholder management skills. — Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Ashby. — Practical experience using AI or automation in recruitment workflows. — Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills. Nice to have — Global Product hiring experience. — APAC recruitment experience. — Experience building Ashby agents. — Experience transitioning from agency or RPO to in-house recruitment.
