HR Business Partner TradingView 📍 Tbilisi, Georgia About the role TradingView is looking for an HRBP to partner with managers and support teams across the full employee lifecycle in a global company of 600+ professionals. Responsibilities — Partner with managers on HR topics and organizational planning. — Support performance reviews and work with high and low performers. — Participate in talent development, calibrations, retention and succession planning. — Support onboarding and adaptation, including 10/45/90-day meetings. — Facilitate conflict resolution and difficult team situations. — Conduct exit interviews and analyze reasons for leaving. — Analyze HR metrics including engagement, turnover and satisfaction. — Support teams through restructuring, transformations and process changes. Requirements — 3+ years of HR experience, preferably including 1+ year as an HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Manager. — Knowledge of performance management, onboarding, compensation, development and personnel administration. — Experience partnering with and advising managers. — Facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. — Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR data. — Experience supporting a headcount of around 100 employees. — English B2+ for working with international teams. Will be a plus — Experience in a large international company.
