About the role
HSO International is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to managers and support the full employee lifecycle within an international Microsoft-focused organization.
Responsibilities
— Advise managers on people management, performance, absenteeism and organizational development.
— Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding and talent development to performance reviews and offboarding.
— Translate HR priorities around engagement, retention and leadership development into practical initiatives.
— Use HR data and business trends to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
— Partner with HR, Recruitment, L&D and Employer Branding.
— Advise on organizational development, Dutch labour law and HR trends.
— Support the development of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
— 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
— Experience in a commercial environment, preferably IT, consulting or professional services.
— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
— Experience coaching managers and supporting organizational change.
— Knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR analytics is a strong advantage.
— Fluent Dutch and English.
— Based in the Netherlands with the right to work in the country; visa sponsorship is not provided.
