Senior Recruiter Mirantis 📍 EU, remote About the role Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support global hiring across engineering, product and customer-facing functions. The role is focused on independently managing searches and building talent pipelines in a distributed environment. Responsibilities — Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across the EU. — Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. — Partner with hiring managers on profiles, hiring strategy and market insights. — Recruit across engineering, Product and Go-To-Market functions. — Manage pipelines, reporting and workflows in SmartRecruiters. — Own multiple searches independently while collaborating with a distributed TA team. Requirements — 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech. — Ideally experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS or open-source companies. — Strong technical recruitment background across cloud, infrastructure and software engineering. — Experience hiring Kubernetes, OpenStack, DevOps, platform engineering and AI infrastructure talent. — Experience recruiting Product Managers and GTM roles is also expected. — Strong direct sourcing and talent market research skills. — Experience with ATS tools; SmartRecruiters is preferred. — Ability to work independently across teams, cultures and time zones.
