HR Business Partner Tesla 📍 Berlin-Brandenburg, Germany About the role Tesla is looking for an experienced HR professional to join the People team at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. The HRBP will support several business areas, including Engineering, Charging, Energy and Tech, combining strategic HR partnership with hands-on generalist responsibilities. Responsibilities — Drive local HR initiatives aligned with the broader HR strategy and business needs. — Coach and support local leadership and develop leadership capabilities. — Support talent development, performance improvement, succession planning and employee engagement. — Facilitate engagement surveys, workshops and action planning. — Advise leaders on German labour law, employee relations, conflicts and grievances. — Collaborate with Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, People Development and other People teams. — Support culture, employee well-being and workforce sustainability initiatives. Requirements — Strong HR generalist / HRBP experience. — Good knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices. — Excellent English and German, both written and spoken. — Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. — Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. — Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
