Hands-on in the ad account from day one, owning CAC/LTV/payback while scaling Meta budgets $20k+ to $100k+ to $1M+ monthly at target ROAS. What we are looking for • You scaled b2c apps from 0 to $100k+ budgets, ideally past $1M • Meta is your main channel. Google Ads only is not a fit • B2C subscription products where the user pays on the website • Proven track record of owning the result, systems thinking • US-market experience; health/wellness a plus Format Fully remote, independent contractor . Part-time to start, $2,000-3,750/month at ~20 hrs/week (equivalent to $5,500-7,500/month full-time), with the option to go full-time.
