Senior Recruiter (Player Care) Scorewarrior 📍 Limassol, Cyprus ✈️ Relocation: Fully covered for the employee and their family About the role Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher with 200+ employees, currently developing Total Battle, an MMO 4X strategy game. The company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to take full ownership of recruitment for its Player Care department, covering everything from market mapping and sourcing to offers and probation success. Responsibilities — Own the full hiring plan and pipeline, including volume hiring and senior/niche searches. — Build structured selection processes, including scorecards, interviews, work samples and assessments. — Proactively source through LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, gaming communities and talent pools. — Build market maps and track recruitment funnel metrics. — Partner with hiring managers and use market data to calibrate hiring profiles. — Manage relocation hiring and candidate closing. Requirements — 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. — Experience with both volume hiring and senior/niche searches. — Strong proactive sourcing skills. — Confidence working with recruitment metrics and funnel analytics. — Experience designing structured selection processes. — Fluent English. — Genuine interest in games. Experience in gaming, Trust & Safety or support operations, building recruitment processes from scratch, and relocation hiring is a plus.
