HR Operations Specialist Scorewarrior 📍 Limassol, Cyprus About the role Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher with 200+ employees, working on Total Battle, a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game. The company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to own and continuously improve HR processes, optimize workflows and HR systems, and support a growing international team. Responsibilities — Improve HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. — Build and maintain HR workflows, policies and internal procedures. — Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. — Configure and optimize HRIS workflows, templates and automations. — Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour law and HR regulations. — Maintain HR documentation and internal knowledge bases. — Create reports, dashboards and HR metrics. — Collaborate with Legal and Finance on HR-related processes and data. Requirements — 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration. — Strong understanding of Cyprus employment law. — Experience with HRIS platforms; HiBob is a strong advantage. — Experience implementing automations and improving repetitive workflows. — Confidence working with reports, spreadsheets and HR data. — Strong process-oriented and analytical mindset. — English B2+.
