We analyze business processes, design and automate workflows, integrate data, and build solutions that teams actually use. We are also building Agartu, a charitable education platform that helps students from low-income families access education through philanthropic funding. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer — Senior Consultant who wants to be involved in the entire solution lifecycle — from understanding the problem to implementing it for the client. You’ll dive into business challenges, communicate with users, propose solutions, build them independently, and see them through to real-world use. 🎯 Responsibilities : • Understand business challenges and turn them into practical IT and AI solutions. • Work directly with clients and users: identify their needs, ask the right questions, gather feedback, and clarify requirements. • Design and implement solutions independently — from the initial idea and architecture to production and deployment. • Work with existing systems and codebases, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. • Automate business processes and integrate systems and data. • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to real-world implementation and use by the client. ✅ Must Have : • Commercial experience with Python development. • Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI. • Experience with JavaScript and React / Next.js. • Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis, and REST APIs. • Experience with Tailwind, HTML/CSS, and Ngrok. • Experience with AI/LLM and AI-powered development tools. • Ability to independently navigate existing codebases and unfamiliar systems. • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to identify root causes, break down complex problems, and propose multiple solutions. • Ability to communicate with users and translate business needs into technical solutions. ➕ Nice to Have : • Experience in a startup, product team, IT consulting, or systems integration environment. • Experience independently implementing solutions for clients. • Understanding of product thinking and business processes. • Understanding of CustDev, CJM, Jobs-to-be-Done, or similar approaches. • Minor in Public Policy, Public Administration, or Economics. 🧩 What We Offer : • Salary: from 800,000 KZT, depending on the interview results. • Office-based work in Almaty (at KIMEP University) + hybrid format. • Regular performance reviews and the opportunity to review compensation twice a year, based on performance and increased responsibilities. • Access to the paid AI tools and subscriptions needed for your work. • Access to the KIMEP University professional and business network and opportunities to expand your professional network. • Tickets to attend major industry forums, conferences, and events, including New Vision, EdCrunch, and others. • Direct interaction with founders, clients, and end users. • A high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence technical and product decisions. • The opportunity to quickly expand your scope of responsibility as the company grows. • Official employment. 👤 Contacts: 📧 hr@agartu.space 🔗 Please include a link to your portfolio or GitHub in your cover letter.
