Learning and Development Lead JetBrains 📍 Locations: Amsterdam, Belgrade, Berlin, Limassol, Madrid, Munich, Paphos, Prague, Warsaw or Yerevan About the role JetBrains is looking for a Learning and Development Lead to own and develop two key learning portfolios: Core and Discovery. The role combines L&D strategy, leadership development, AI-enabled learning and hands-on work with teams across the company. You’ll lead the L&D team and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions. Responsibilities — Lead and support the L&D team and drive measurable outcomes. — Align learning initiatives with business priorities. — Turn ambiguous requests into structured development goals and delivery plans. — Build frameworks for learning investments and development needs. — Use data, surveys and business signals to evaluate learning impact. — Develop leadership and individual learning systems. — Explore AI-enabled learning and new digital L&D formats. Requirements — Proven experience leading an L&D, talent development or similar people development function. — Extensive experience identifying organizational needs and building tailored solutions. — Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. — Experience designing leadership development systems and managing learning governance and budgets. — Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and across international teams. — Professional fluency in English. — Interest in AI, automation and their application to learning is a plus.
