You’ll be taking intro calls, closing B2B deals, reactivating cold CRM leads, and helping game developers set up their first campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Intro Calls & Closing: Run pitch calls with PC game devs and publishers, showcase the platform, and close initial campaign orders. CRM Reactivation: Outbound outreach to cold/inactive leads in our CRM to get them back into the sales pipeline. Client Onboarding: Guide clients through campaign creation (setting budgets, CPMs, regional Tiers, and platform fees). Account Growth & Upselling: Retain active clients, introduce add-ons, and drive repeat campaign runs. Issue Resolution: Handle client pushback, edge cases, and refund queries smoothly without losing client trust. Pipeline Management: Keep CRM deals organized, follow up consistently, and track deal status. Requirements: Russian - native. Fluent English (B2+ / C1): Confident spoken and written English. You must feel comfortable leading calls and handling client objections live. Gamer Mindset: Deep understanding of PC gaming, Steam, Twitch/YouTube/TikTok content, and basic influencer marketing dynamics. Sales / Account Background: Experience in closing B2B deals, managing sales pipelines, and re-engaging cold leads. Problem-Solver Mentality: Strong communication skills — able to resolve disputes calmly and professionally. Offer: Schedule: Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 19:00 CEST. Location: 100% Remote.
