Обязанности: — Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and support achievement of business objectives; — Analyze business gaps and performance issues, and align L&D solutions with business goals; — Measure and report the impact of learning initiatives using key performance indicators; — Lead the Learning & Development team and contribute to functional leadership; — Develop the L&D strategy and annual L&D plans; — Support organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, leadership development, focus groups, and change management; — Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders; — Source, design, develop, and deliver learning solutions aligned with customer needs; — Manage core L&D operations, processes, and staff; — Facilitate training sessions, meetings, and process improvement initiatives; — Provide consulting support to HR and people managers on key L&D strategies; Требования: — Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; — Degree in Organization Development or Talent Management preferred; — 5–10 years of experience in people management and process development; — Experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management required; — Strong presentation, communication, and executive presence skills; — Facilitation skills, including managing group dynamics and questioning techniques, preferred; — Experience managing complex, affiliate-level projects; — Experience leading and managing teams; — Financial and vendor management experience required; — Organization development, change management, or performance improvement experience is a plus.
