People Business Partner myTomorrows 📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands About the role myTomorrows, a global HealthTech company, is looking for a senior People Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders and the Leadership Team. This is the company’s most senior individual contributor People Business Partner role, combining strategic partnership with hands-on execution across organizational design, performance, engagement and talent development. Responsibilities — Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and team effectiveness. — Coach leaders on performance, feedback, development and complex people topics. — Lead complex employee relations cases. — Drive People programs including performance management, engagement, talent reviews, succession planning and career development. — Use People data to identify trends and improve engagement, retention and organizational performance. — Lead cross-functional People projects and partner with TA and People Operations. Requirements — 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Business Partner in a fast-growing international organization. — Experience partnering with senior leadership. — Strong background in employee relations, performance management and organizational change. — Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices. — Strong coaching, stakeholder management and analytical skills. — Experience in tech, SaaS, HealthTech or another scale-up environment is preferred. — Candidates must live within commuting distance of Amsterdam.
