People Operations Manager Elixi 📍 Dubai, UAE About the role Elixi is an AI-driven HealthTech startup building solutions for long-term health. The company is led by a tech entrepreneur who previously built a $10B+ global company. They are looking for a People Operations Manager to own day-to-day People Operations and help build scalable processes for a fast-growing, internationally distributed team. Responsibilities — Own core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, visas and benefits administration. — Prepare and manage employment documentation and contracts. — Build and maintain internal HR policies. — Own HR systems, people data and reporting. — Improve operational processes and introduce automation. — Manage Dubai office operations, procurement and vendor relationships. — Organize team events and offsites and support culture initiatives. Requirements — 3+ years of experience across at least two areas: HR, Operations or Office Management. — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. — Experience managing multiple workstreams independently. — Confidence working with HR systems and tools such as Jira and Confluence or equivalents. — Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment. — Fluent Russian and English. Nice to have — Experience with globally distributed teams. — People/Ops analytics and reporting skills. — Workflow automation experience. — Hands-on experience organizing team events and offsites.
