Recruiter Elixi 📍 Office: Dubai; Remote: Europe, Cyprus, Central Asia About the role Elixi is an AI-driven HealthTech startup focused on transforming health data into actionable insights. The company is led by a tech entrepreneur who previously built a $10B+ global company. They are looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across IT, Product and Operations and support the company’s fast-paced international growth. Responsibilities — Lead end-to-end recruitment across IT, Product and Operations roles. — Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies. — Proactively source candidates through social media, niche platforms and other channels. — Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews. — Manage interview coordination, feedback and overall candidate experience. — Maintain and optimize the ATS and other HR systems. Requirements — 3+ years of experience hiring for IT, Product and Operations roles. — Strong full-cycle recruitment experience. — Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms. — Ability to effectively pitch roles and opportunities to candidates. — Experience working with ATS and HR systems. — Strong organizational and communication skills. — Comfortable working in a fast-paced and relatively unstructured startup environment.
