People and Culture Business Partner – Org Design & Scale Wellis 📍 Rotterdam, Netherlands 🏢 Hybrid, around 2 days/week in the office 💰 €5,000–€6,300 gross/month + 8% holiday allowance About the role Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to help design the organization as the company scales. This is a high-ownership role focused heavily on organizational design, headcount planning and building practical People frameworks from scratch. Responsibilities — Own organizational design, including team structures, role clarity, reporting lines and operating models. — Translate growth plans into headcount and hiring plans. — Build practical frameworks for performance management, onboarding and manager responsibilities. — Lead People projects from design through implementation. — Partner directly with managers and leadership on team effectiveness and development. — Use People data and HR systems to identify patterns and support decision-making. Requirements — 5+ years of experience in HRBP, People Partner or organizational development roles. — Hands-on experience leading an organizational design or restructuring project. — Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment is preferred. — Strong analytical and structured approach to People topics. — Comfortable working with ambiguity and building solutions from scratch. — Confidence partnering with and challenging senior stakeholders. — Experience working with HR systems and People data.
