Talent Admin Lead GR8_TECH 📍 Europe, Remote About the role GR8_TECH is a B2B iGaming technology company with 1,000+ employees across multiple locations and time zones. They are looking for a Talent Admin Lead to develop, manage and optimize the HR Administration function globally, combining operational leadership, team management, compliance and process improvement. Responsibilities — Own core HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, relocation and offboarding. — Manage and scale HR Administration across multiple countries and jurisdictions. — Oversee payroll data, employment compliance, migration processes and HR audits. — Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. — Lead and mentor a team of HR Administration specialists. — Drive HR automation, digital transformation and process optimization. — Lead HR projects, including launching operations in new locations. — Analyze HR and payroll data and prepare management reporting. Requirements — 5+ years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations. — 2+ years of experience managing an HR Administration team. — Experience leading HR Admin projects such as new-country launches, automation or payroll transformation. — Advanced knowledge of HRIS and HR automation tools. — Strong understanding of employment law, migration regulations and B2B contractor frameworks in an international environment. — Strong analytical and project management skills. — Experience with HiBob and People Operations across Spain, Poland and Cyprus is a plus.
