- Hands-on experience with corporate networks
- Experience with WiFi and VPN configuration
- Laptop provisioning and OS setup experience
- Good understanding of network fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues
- Reliable and responsive in urgent IT situations
