#вакансия #fulltime #remote #VP Vacancy: VP of Engineering Company: Mad Devs Salary: 4000 - 8000$ gross Work format: Full-time We are looking for a VP of Engineering to build and scale an engineering organization as we grow our autonomous Voice AI platform. You will own engineering end-to-end: building the leadership layer, scaling teams and processes, driving predictable delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring our technology and organization can support rapid business growth. You'll work closely with the founders and Product leadership to shape the engineering strategy behind one of the most advanced platforms for autonomous AI employees. What will need to do: • Grow the team from 45 → 100+ engineers • Hire, coach, and develop the engineering management layer • Structure the organization and architect the platform for hypergrowth • Establish a predictable SDLC • Partner closely with Product Management to deliver the most impactful business outcomes in priority order • Set quality standards and SLAs • Scale production capacity so it never bottlenecks growth • Own FinOps and vendor management • Refine career ladders and the hiring process Requirements : • 10+ years of engineering management experience • Experience leading teams of 30+ • Experience with high-scale software development and operations • Experience leading engineering teams on customer-facing SaaS • Strong knowledge of agentic systems (even without production experience) • Strong software architecture skills • English and Russian at B2+: excellent communication skills, both spoken and written • Location: Eastern Europe or Armenia • Startup experience Additional experience we value: • A track record of scaling an engineering organization from ~40 to 150 people as a VP of Engineering or CTO • A background in AI/ML, voice, or real-time systems • A track record of building high-scale software in a public cloud • A background in zero-to-one organization building and rapid decision-making.
