#remote #vacancy #designer ✔️ Graphic Designer (Marketing Creative) — Remote, Full-time We are hiring a mid-level graphic designer to create clear, compelling, conversion-oriented marketing assets for a fast-moving marketing team. This is not a traditional production-design role. The ideal candidate combines strong visual-design skills with an understanding of copywriting, customer psychology, marketing strategy, and customer acquisition. Position summary: ▪️ Create organic social media graphics, paid advertising creative, landing/sales-page visuals, and email marketing visuals ▪️ Turn a marketing idea, offer, customer insight, or rough copy into a polished, attention-grabbing asset ▪️ Produce creative variations for A/B testing ▪️ Design across multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios ▪️ Use AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow Requirements: ▪️ Strong portfolio of digital marketing, advertising, social media, or acquisition-focused creative ▪️ Excellent typography, spacing, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy ▪️ Ability to improve headlines, simplify ideas, and identify the most persuasive message ▪️ Understanding of how creative supports customer acquisition and campaign goals ▪️ Ability to work independently from a brief or rough concept ▪️ Proficiency with professional design software ▪️ Working knowledge of modern AI creative tools ▪️ Professional proficiency in spoken and written English Advantages: ▪️ Background in performance-marketing/digital creative agencies, consumer startups, SaaS, e-commerce, or direct-response brands ▪️ Experience with paid social, subscriptions, online education, digital products, motion design, or video editing ▪️ Familiarity with gamification principles, probability-based mechanics, and turn-based systems is a plus Conditions: ▪️ Fully remote — work from anywhere ▪️ Distributed team across multiple time zones ▪️ At least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for task syncs ▪️ Other terms discussed at interview ▪️ Applications without a resume or without a portfolio will not be considered To Apply: ▪️ Please submit your resume and portfolio using the link below ⤵️ https://hiringhub.huntflow.io/vacancy/graphic-designer-marketing-creative
