The role focuses on candidate sourcing, outreach and screening, with close collaboration with hiring managers and talent communities. 📍 What you’ll do — Research potential candidate pools and relevant communities — Conduct targeted outreach to active and passive candidates — Build relationships with talent communities — Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements — Screen candidate profiles against job criteria — Maintain sourcing records and candidate data — Provide regular updates on sourcing activity and pipelines 📍 What you’ll bring — 1+ year of experience as an HR Sourcer or in a similar recruitment role — Experience with candidate outreach and community sourcing — Familiarity with sourcing tools and social media platforms — Strong communication and interpersonal skills — Ability to work independently as a freelancer — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian 📍 Key skills — Candidate Sourcing — Outreach Strategies — Candidate Screening LinkedIn post
