💼 Head of Talent Acquisition Joko 📍 About the role Joko is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead its TA function during a major growth phase. The company currently has 100+ employees and plans to grow to 200+ within 18 months. Recruiting is positioned as Joko’s #1 company objective, with founders and hiring managers actively involved in hiring. 📍 What you’ll do — Build, hire, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team — Define Joko’s end-to-end recruitment strategy across inbound, outbound, RPOs, agencies, tooling and processes — Personally lead senior and critical searches — Set hiring standards and upskill hiring managers — Build and roll out a global AI strategy for recruiting — Decide where AI and automation should be used while preserving human judgment — Develop Joko’s international employer brand across France, Spain, the US and future markets — Use funnel metrics, conversion rates and capacity planning to drive TA decisions 📍 What they’re looking for — Experience building or rebuilding a Talent Acquisition function — Strong people leadership and coaching skills — Hands-on expertise across sourcing and inbound recruitment — Experience recruiting internationally — Strong operational and analytical mindset — Experience implementing AI tools within Talent Acquisition — Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-bar environment — Strong attention to candidate experience and recruitment quality — Fluent French and English — Based in Paris Tech stack: Ashby, Claude, Claap and other modern TA tools. 📍 Paris, France €79K–€114K LinkedIn Post
