People and Talent Lead (d/f/m) – German-speaking Leapsome 📍 Berlin, Germany | Hybrid 💰 €82,000–€102,000/year for Lead level (Senior level: €52,000–€82,000/year) About the role Leapsome is looking for a German-speaking People & Talent Lead to join its People & Culture team. This is a newly created role combining Talent Acquisition, talent management, People processes, systems and AI/automation. You’ll own Talent and Interface Design within the People & Talent team, helping shape the infrastructure behind how the team operates.
