They’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist to join their growing HR/Talent team in Barcelona. The role combines recruitment with full ownership of onboarding and offers the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for Performance & Development initiatives. What you’ll do — Support sourcing across open roles through LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach — Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate profiles — Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate data in Recruitee — Write job descriptions and participate in client kick-off meetings — Own the onboarding process end-to-end from offer acceptance — Coordinate new-hire schedules, stakeholders and orientation sessions — Identify gaps in onboarding and introduce improvements, tools and automation — Potentially take ownership of performance reviews and potential assessment processes What they’re looking for — 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or another People function — Knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices — Strong ownership, curiosity and a proactive mindset — Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail — Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities — Fluent English and Spanish — Exposure to performance reviews, HR tools or process automation What they offer — Hybrid working model and flexible hours — 26 paid vacation days — Health insurance — Internet allowance and home-office equipment budget — Nacar Academy training and personalized career paths — International team and regular team-building activities LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
