Talent Acquisition Specialist Opiniq Ltd 📍 Удаленно Обязанности: — Take detailed briefs from Hiring Managers and translate them into an effective search strategy; — Independently source candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, talent databases, referrals, and other channels; — Conduct market mapping and provide the business with up-to-date market insights: talent availability, compensation levels, potential talent pools, and the feasibility of the requirements; — Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against the requirements of the role; — Work with passive candidates and conduct direct search; — Conduct interviews, assess motivation, career expectations, and professional expertise; — Present a shortlist of relevant candidates with clear rationale for each profile; — Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process through to offer and onboarding; — Maintain regular communication with Hiring Managers and provide ongoing market feedback; — Manage multiple specialized vacancies simultaneously. Требования: — 4+ years of experience in recruitment / executive search / headhunting, including at least 1 year working with specialized roles in Legal, Compliance, Finance, or Corporate Services; — Proven experience hiring for complex or niche positions; — Strong knowledge of Boolean / X-Ray search and other sourcing strategies; — Strong LinkedIn sourcing and direct search skills; — Proven experience working with passive candidates; — Ability to independently understand and navigate complex professional profiles; — Good understanding of the Legal / Finance / Compliance talent market; — English — B2+; — High level of autonomy and ownership: you come to the Hiring Manager with a market map and search strategy, not with the question, “Who should we look for?”; — Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with Hiring Managers; — Focus on quality shortlists and successful hires, rather than the number of CVs sourced.
