HR Lead, DePuy Synthes Johnson & Johnson 📍 Москва This role serves as the HR leader for Russia, partnering with business leadership to deliver people strategies that enable business performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Lead provides end-to-end HR leadership across talent, labor relations, employee engagement, compliance, and change management. This is a role with direct impact on business outcomes, culture, and employee experience during a period of transformation and growth. Обязанности: — Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for business leaders, aligning people strategy with business priorities and organizational goals; — Partner with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency and effective implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes; — Lead key HR processes including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and compensation initiatives; — Advise leaders on organizational design, change management, leadership effectiveness, team development, and culture; — Support and lead business transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring, integrations, and change programs; — Drive talent strategies by identifying capability gaps, building talent pipelines, and supporting leadership development; — Partner to ensure effective hiring and onboarding of top talent; — Utilize workforce analytics and people data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decision-making; — Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and ethical standards; — Lead employee relations initiatives and provide guidance on complex people matters; — Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and employee-centric culture aligned with Company values. Требования: — University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred); — Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable HR leadership role within a large international or Russian company; — Experience supporting separations, integrations, or major organizational transformations; — Understanding of global HR operating models and shared service center structures; — Proven English proficiency (written and spoken) at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, including the ability to communicate effectively across the organization and work with English-language documentation and materials; — Knowledge of talent acquisition, assessment, and development methodologies; — Strong understanding of performance management practices; — Knowledge of Russian labor legislation; — Deep understanding of the local employment environment, employee relations, and labor relations matters; — Proven ability to lead change initiatives and support business transformation; — Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; — Experience implementing talent management, performance, and employee engagement programs; — Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; — Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; — Excellent presentation skills; — Resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure; — Ability to make sound, well-considered decisions in ambiguous situations by evaluating information, assessing risks and opportunities, and taking accountability for outcomes; — Commitment to continuous professional development; — High level of initiative, proactivity, drive, and communication skills; — Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and drive multiple activities and projects; — Strong results orientation; — Ability to provide regular, constructive, and professional feedback.
