HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner ZEN.COM 📍 Poland- Remote ZEN.COM is a fintech company building a financial app for payments, online shopping and personal finance. They’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support Technology, Product and Growth teams and act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders. What you’ll do: — Partner with managers across Technology, Product and Growth — Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to organizational changes and offboarding — Advise on workforce planning, team structures and resource allocation — Support performance management, talent management, succession planning and retention — Handle employee relations and complex people cases — Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives — Analyze HR data and people metrics and translate insights into business recommendations — Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and C&B — Support compensation, promotions and changes to employment terms What they’re looking for: — 5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or a similar role — Experience partnering with managers and senior leadership — Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations and employee lifecycle processes — Experience in a dynamic international organization — Fintech or financial services experience is an advantage — Confidence working with HR data and people metrics — Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills — Fluent English What’s offered: — Competitive salary and flexible working conditions — Remote / hybrid work — Private medical healthcare — Internal and external training opportunities — Opportunity to directly influence HR practices in a growing international organization LinkedIn post 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 🌿 📱 Международные HR Вакансии | HR Worldwide 🪙 Обзор заработных плат в Европе 2026
